First Class Insulation specializes in supplying and installing water line insulation. We work with builders, contractors, and property owners to ensure plumbing systems are properly protected, efficiently insulated, and built to perform long term.
Our Work
BLUEGRASS LANDING
Bluegrass landing consisted of 4 buildings with 47 residential units. It was completed in 2025 in collaboration with Empire Construction.
RIVERSIDE AT HOLSTON
Riverside at Holston is a 96 unit residential complex with a clubhouse that was completed in 2025 with Empire Construction.
AUSTIN HOMES PHASE 3
We are working with Jenkins and Stiles on Phase 3. This phase added 7 buildings and 161 residential units. Phase 3 is projecting completion early 2026.
WESTERN HEIGHTS PHASE 1
In 2024 we began the Transformation of Western Heights. Western Heights phase 1 was 4 buildings and a clubhouse. We completed this project December of 2025 with Jenkins and Stiles.
CAMPBELL STATION INN
We were hired by Scramlin Plumbing to insulate the Historic Campbell Station Inn. This work was completed in 2025.
Hilton Vacation Club Laurel Crest
Located in Pigeon Forge, this well appointed 67 unit vacation club building #3 was completed in February 2025 with Merit Construction.
