BLUEGRASS LANDING
Bluegrass landing consisted of 4 buildings with 47 residential units. It was completed in 2025 in collaboration with Empire Construction.
KCDC FIVE POINTS
KCDC Apartments is a 161 unit community. This project was completed in 2019 in partnership with Jenkins and Stiles.
NORRIS GARDEN APARTMENTS
Interior plumbing renovation of an independent senior development featuring 50 one bedroom apartments.
KCDC CAGLE TERRACE
We replaced all of the plumbing fixtures in 259 apartments. This project was completed in 2022 for Gibraltar Construction Company.
SUTHERLAND SQUARE APARTMENTS
Completed updates on interior plumbing of 36 town homes in 2022.
DOGAN-GAITHER FLATS
Remodel of a 1963 Motor Court hotel for adaptive reuse as supportive housing. Project completed in 2022.
TAILOR LOFTS
Renovation of historic building converted to nine loft style apartments with retail at street level. Completed in 2014 with Merit Construction.
RIVERSIDE AT HOLSTON
Riverside at Holston is a 96 unit residential complex with a clubhouse that was completed in 2025 with Empire Construction.
STOCKYARD LOFTS
Stockyard Lofts features 152 luxury apartments, parking garage and pet spa, ideally situated in Knoxville’s vibrant Old City in Downtown Knoxville. We completed this project in 2022 with Merit Construction.
AUSTIN HOMES PHASE 1
We completed Phase 1 with J.A. Fielden in 2022. This phase has 9 buildings and 105 residential units.
AUSTIN HOMES PHASE 3
We worked with Jenkins and Stiles on Phase 3. This phase added 7 buildings and 161 residential units. Phase 3 was completed January 2026.
WESTERN HEIGHTS PHASE 1
In 2024 we began the Transformation of Western Heights. Western Heights phase 1 was 4 buildings and a clubhouse. We completed this project December of 2025 with Jenkins and Stiles.
DELTA GAMMA
Delta Gamma house was built in Sorority Village at the University of Tennessee Knoxville. It was completed in 2014 with Merit Construction.
CLEVELAND HOUSING
Cleveland Housing was a massive 2 year project. It was a total restoration of 292 residential units that were completely renovated. This project spanned over much of the city of Cleveland. This project was completed from 2022-2024.
OVERLOOK
The Overlook was completed in 2020 with Architects Wright. It is 10 luxury condo units overlooking the Tennessee River.
